​About NASA SEWP VI

NASA's Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI, pronounced "soup," is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). It gives all Federal agencies and their approved contractors access to the latest Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services. SEWP was created in 1993 and was the first GWAC in federal acquisition. It has kept evolving for more than 30 years and now supports more than 50,000 orders a year.

Systems Integration, Inc. (SII) holds NASA SEWP VI contracts in two categories:

 

Category B – Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions
Contract No. 80TECH26D1346
Large-scale, enterprise-wide services, including cloud contact center and customer experience (CX) solutions, IT infrastructure management, 24x7 managed services, and cybersecurity.

 

Category C – Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions
Contract No. 80TECH26D0805
Mission-focused services, including data and analytics, agentic AI, digital transformation, and program management support.

Key Features:

  • Open to all Federal agencies and their approved contractors

  • 10-year ordering period: November 1, 2026 - October 31, 2036

  • Self-funded through a low 0.34% fee

  • Fair opportunity made simple through the SEWP online Quote Request Tool (QRT)

  • Contract Holders can add new commercial technology and IT services daily, as customers request them

  • Free scope review: send an overview or bill of materials (BOM) to help@sewp.nas.gov

  • Orders are placed by the agency's own procurement office, and the SEWP Program Management Office (PMO) reviews and tracks each one
