Vacation:Qualified employees receive a minimum of 10 days paid vacation each year. Additional days are added at tenure points throughout an employee’s career. Employees begin accruing leave immediately upon full-time, regular employment.
Sick Leave: To make sure employees take care of themselves and their families, SII provides qualified employees 5 days paid sick leave each year. Employees begin accruing leave immediately upon full-time, regular employment.
Special Leave: SII offers all of its employees time off for specific/emergency situations, including bereavement, jury duty, and reserve/military commitment.
Paid Holidays: SII observes the 10 major government holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
